We recognize that many individuals struggle with maintaining a work-life balance and have inconsistent exercise routines. Despite these challenges, they are committed to achieving a healthier lifestyle and are eager to improve their current circumstances.
Our research focuses on analyzing successful and robust gamification apps to understand how they create high levels of user engagement.
