Problem
Many young adults experience significant stress due to loan repayments and struggle to manage their finances effectively. Additionally, a lack of financial literacy often leads to delayed repayments.
Solution
Fynny delivers personalized financial support tailored to each user’s debt profile and financial literacy level through AI, helping them take control of their finance effortlessly.

We selected the “change payment plan” task for testing due to its frequent usage. However, users struggled to locate it because of an unintuitive design.
The payment plan section was unclear and difficult to access.
60% of users preferred engaging visuals with minimal text.
80% of users preferred less educational content on the homepage.
Based on testing insights, we plan to improve the visibility of key features and reduce distractions caused by secondary content.
